Then, Jeffrey Wright has his weekly spot on the show to discuss NFL and college athletics.

Chase Parham and Neal McCready discuss some media stories and then go into the relationship between the two parties. Then, they go through a hypothetical about which sport's relative success would be best for the mood of the fans moving forward. Also, they go into some news for the day. 

11/6/18: What's a successful first year?

Chase Parham and Neal McCready tell their storm stories from Monday night and then go over a few coaching contract details that were learned following the show the day before. There's basketball talk and a few olympic sports notes in the latter half of the show, as well. 

11/5/18: Decision time nears

Chase Parham and Neal McCready give some final takes on Ole Miss' loss to South Carolina and then dive into the discussion about Wesley McGriff that dominated the message board in the past days. They also go over lines for the week and talk about some NFL games. 

11/2/18: Ross Bjork reacts to NCAA news

On this special edition of the Oxford Exxon Podcast, Ole Miss athletics director Ross Bjork joins Neal McCready and Chase Parham to discuss his thoughts on Thursday's NCAA appeals committee decision. Bjork reflected on decisions made throughout the six-year process, looked ahead to the future of the Ole Miss athletics program now that it's out from under the investigation's cloud and discussed his thoughts on reforming the NCAA investigative process.

Chase Parham and Neal McCready are back at Funky's for another Oxford Exxon Podcast live show. This week's guest is former Ole Miss pitcher and current Washington National Aaron Barrett, who is returning to form after two serious arm injuries. The topics include his path back and his time at Ole Miss as well as several different things pertaining to life as a Major Leaguer. And Neal doesn't harass him about Bryce Harper.
