Chase Parham and Neal McCready are back at Funky's for another edition of the Oxford Exxon Podcast live show. This week they are joined by former Ole Miss defensive lineman Issac Gross, who played with the Rebels from 2012-2016.

Gross discusses his recruitment and how another school made an impressive sales pitch that could have changed his football future. He also recounts games and seasons from his tenure and looks at the current Ole Miss program.

They gave away another gift certificate courtesy of Blue Delta Jeans and will return next week with special guest Jay G. Tate.

10/11/18: There's plenty to talk about

Chase Parham and Neal McCready talk a few minutes of sports with Jeffrey Wright during this weekly spot on the show. The rest of the lengthy podcast is centered on the multiple content items in The Daily Mississippian this week and where there's a lot of disingenuous reporting and opponents being conveyed as fact.

10/10/18: Sometimes it's OK to have fun

Chase Parham and Neal McCready go into detail about some of the questions in the mailbag and then talk about what happened at media availability on Tuesday. Mixed in with that they agreed with AL.com about some music choices, discussed cocktails and weren't aggressive during the hour-plus program.

Chase Parham and Neal McCready give their thoughts on the Monday Night Football game last night, including Drew Brees breaking the passing record. Then they talk about the Monday press conferences and any football news.

They close the show with a lengthy conversation regarding the leadership situation at Ole Miss and how a recent letter to the editor is a prime example of that void currently happening on campus.

Chase Parham and Neal McCready look at the offensive numbers from the Phil Longo era compared to SEC and Power Five averages and then check out the ESPN FPI predictions for the rest of the 2018 season. They also go over lines for the week and talk about several teams from this past weekend.

Chase Parham and Neal McCready begin today's show with plenty of thoughts on the Ole Miss compliance situation and the university as a whole as it tries to break away from a general negative feeling from supporters. Then they welcome in a couple guests, as Jeffrey Wright makes his weekly appearance, and they also speaking with CBS Sports and Memphis radio host Gary Parrish.

10/3/18: Storytime with Neal

Chase Parham and Neal McCready use Ole Miss' date with ULM to go back into the vault and hear Neal's tales of ULM and Alabama changing his career path in 2007. It was Nick Saban's first season and it's quite the story. They also hit some Ole Miss roster moves and injury news and close with some fun topics.

Chase Parham and Neal McCready give their takes on the Monday media availability including one interesting thing said by one of the coordinators. They look at some stats and debate their merit and then talk about some baseball and how the Cubs and Ole Miss have some things in common.

Chase Parham and Neal McCready spend the first few minutes of the podcast discussing how Matt Luke should handle the Monday media availability. Then they go through betting lines for the week and use that to comment on other Southeastern Conference programs. They close the show with some baseball and Neal fandom thoughts.
